Under.Sign, via this website www.under-sign.it, can receive, collect, and, more generally, process different types of information about the user:-User data (such as Name and E-mail address) given by the user itself by filling website modules, including the contact and the comment ones.

This data may include the network and communication information such as your IP address and others relating, for example, to the internet service or operating system. 3. Purpose of the processing
Under.Sign will process the user's personal data for the following purposes:a) to allow us to get in touch with the user in order to fulfill the requests received via the contact form of the website.

With reference to the purposes of the service referred to in article 3, the consent to the processing of personal data is purely optional. Failure to consent will not have any consequence on the ability to browse the website and will merely imply the consequences described below:- failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in article 3, point a) will make it impossible to contact the user to respond to requests received via the contact form of the website.

The data processing will mainly be carried out with the aid of automated tools, in the manner and with suitable means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. The personal data collected, for the purposes described in article 3, may be brought to the attention of or transferred to the following subjects:- employees or collaborators of Under.Sign for the performance of administration, accounting, commercial development, legal consultancy and IT and logistical support, selected as data processors and persons in charge;
- companies or consultants in charge of installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of Under.Sign hardware and software;
- all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to data under regulatory or administrative provisions.
9. Data retention period
With regard to the purposes set out in article 3, the personal data concerning the user will be retained only for the time necessary to satisfy the user's requests or, in general, for the time in which the user will employ the services offered via the website.10. Right of access to personal data
